1. Introduction
Welcome to JAG LDN. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at www.jaglondon.com and the purchase of goods from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
By ordering any Goods from our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You may only purchase Goods from us if you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

"Contract" means the legally binding agreement between you and us for the supply of Goods.

"Goods" means the activewear and related products advertised on the Website that we supply to you, as described in the Order.

"Order" means your order for Goods submitted through the step-by-step process on the Website.

"Order Confirmation" means the email we send confirming acceptance of your Order.

3. Our Products
All product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in colour, size, or finish may occur in the Goods supplied. We reserve the right to make changes to products that are necessary to comply with applicable law or safety requirements, and we will notify you of such changes.
All Goods are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any item will be in stock at the time of your Order.
4. Placing an Order
Our product listings do not constitute a contractual offer to sell. A legally binding Contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation by email.
During checkout, you will have the opportunity to review and correct your Order before submission. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Order details — including size, colour, delivery address, and payment information — are accurate. We are not liable for errors in Orders submitted by you.
We reserve the right to decline any Order for any reason. If we reject your Order, we will notify you promptly and arrange a full refund of any payment taken.
No variation to the Contract may be made after it is formed unless agreed in writing by both parties.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. While we may display indicative prices in USD or EUR for convenience, all transactions are processed and charged in GBP. Currency conversion estimates are based on daily exchange rates and are not guaranteed.
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and American Express. Payment is taken at the time of Order. We use secure, third-party payment processors and do not store your full card details on our servers.
Customers outside the UK may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information.
6. Delivery
We ship across the United Kingdom, with delivery options and costs clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. International delivery is available to selected destinations, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location. All orders are shipped using trusted carriers, including Royal Mail, to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
We will deliver your Goods to the address specified in your Order within the agreed timeframe or, if no timeframe is agreed, within 30 days of the Contract being formed.
If we fail to deliver on time, and delivery on time is essential (either by prior agreement or given the circumstances), you may treat the Contract as ended and receive a full refund. Where delivery is delayed but not essential, you may specify a reasonable additional period; if we still fail to deliver within that period, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery. Title to the Goods passes to you only upon receipt of full payment. If you or your nominated recipient fail to accept delivery through no fault of ours, we may charge reasonable costs for storage and redelivery.
7. Your Right to Cancel
Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your Order at any time before the Contract is formed (i.e., before you receive an Order Confirmation) by contacting us, with no liability to either party.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this Contract within 14 days of receiving your Goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly in writing (by email or post) before the 14-day period expires. Evidence of your cancellation request must be retained.
Upon cancellation, you must return the Goods to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item. Goods must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
8. Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or required by law.
We may reduce your refund if the Goods show signs of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, including items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered. Where the reduction in value exceeds the amount of the refund, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or recover the difference.
9. Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods
We are legally required to supply Goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and as described. If your Goods are faulty or do not conform to the Contract, please contact us as soon as possible. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, branding, and product photography, is the intellectual property of JAG LDN or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Website or purchase of Goods.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for failure to perform their obligations under the Contract due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. The affected party must notify the other as soon as practicable. Your statutory rights, including your right to cancel, are not affected by this clause.
13. Privacy
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.jaglondon.com/privacy-policy. By using our Website and placing an Order, you consent to such processing.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, or — if you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland — the courts of your country of residence.
