We’ve designed our returns policy to be fair — and to help you shop with confidence.
You can return your item within 28 days of delivery.
- Free returns on your first order
- Returns after your first order cost £1.99 (deducted from your refund)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Before You Return
Most returns come down to sizing.
We recommend:
- Checking the size guide before ordering
- Trying your items on properly — move, stretch, train
If you’re near one of our partner gyms, you can also try pieces in person before buying.
How to Return (UK)
- Start your return via our returns portal (link in your order confirmation email)
- Generate your return label
- Drop your parcel at your nearest **Royal Mail location
Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
How to Return (International Orders)

- Securely repackage your item in its original condition
- Send your return using a tracked postal service
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit
- We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, simply place a new order and return your original item.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
We will deal with faulty products on a case by case basis and will always ensure that your statutory rights are not affected.
