• UK returns are free within 28 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

How to Return (UK)

1. Contact us to request a free UK return at returns@jagldn.com and we’ll send you return instructions
2. Securely repackage your item in its original condition
3. Print your order email and add it to the package so we can identify your order.

 Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

3. Send your return using a tracked postal service
4. Print your order email and add it to the package so we can identify your order.

Please note:

• For international returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We are not responsible for items lost in transit
• We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, simply place a new order and return your original item.

We will deal with faulty products on a case by case basis and will always ensure that your statutory rights are not affected.
